Sunday update

cucumberpea sprout day 7Todays walk around the garden uncovered:
1) One of the cukes is up (or is it zucchini) and the other 2 zucchini/cucumbers are pushing up the soil one week after planting (photo left).
2) Five peas are just poking through the soil one week after planting (photo below).
3) A 4th banana hand has appeared.
4) Rocket (or is it eggplant) sprouts continue to grow. Looking good.

Footprints from Tash are in the garden bed near her fence. It looks like she jumped into it but left. I re-sprayed Scat just to keep her moving on.

I reapplied the aphid spray again today. They are diminished (or is that wishful thinking – certainly there are fewer ants eating them) but not gone.
