Baby sunflower

This is the oldest sunflower – it’s been in the ground maybe 8 weeks (I’m guessing I planted the 2nd batch 2 weeks later) and it looks like a flower is forming. The seed packet says 12 weeks to harvest so I suppose I’m on track. It still needs a stake and I can only imagine what will happen when it grows its heavy head – I’ll need to get a crane and some pulleys I suppose.
