This is the cos lettuce I planted on the 21st of December. The row has come up in 3 weak patches. Today I planted more in between two of the patches – the lunar phase is better than last time, not optimal, but 2nd best. Full moon in 2 days.
I also planted more coriander in another of the blank patches and dill. My existing dill is surviving but rather short and un-prolific. The existing coriander is, well, there is one small sprout so I don’t want to be totally deprecating.
Last night’s dinner: silverbeet quiche. Super yummy.
