More Mandarins

mandarin tree

This mandarin tree is like the magic pudding, it simply never runs out. Frank and I have been eating a good half-dozen mandarins a day from this one tree and it looks like it hasn’t been touched. I love it.

Tonight we’re having friends over for dinner. We’ve decided to make a mandarin & carrot salad so, into the back yard I went and collected a few fruits. Too bad my carrots didn’t come up – maybe the next batch.

  1. Oh I wish I had room for some fruit trees, those look delicious

  2. I must confess that I don’t have room for as many fruit trees as I’ve been planting. I have a pretty normal suburban back yard but I just can’t help myslef, I keep buying and planting trees and I already had quite a few when I moved in (like this mandarin) so if I’m not careful I’ll never get any veggies from my garden.
