New Plant Stand

Plant stand

Chaos has been supplanted by order!

Today Chris delivered and installed his home-made, lovely, useful but, nonetheless, rejected plant stand. One man’s rubbish is this woman’s bounty. It goes a long way towards solving the problem I had with too many seedling pots spreading across the garage under my house. It comes complete with its own shade cloth so when the summer sun starts in earnest, I can give my plants some protection.

That’s the good news. The bad news is I’ve moved the planters from in the house down onto this rack and I’ve had it for less than 4 hours but it’s already full. What’s the difference between a hobby and an addiction? I don’t know but I’m going to keep an eye out on my hand as it wanders toward my drawer full of seeds (all neatly organised by genus).
